The motor scraper self-cleaning filter series is suitable for fluids with viscosity that contain more gravity particles in the medium. Fully automatic operation, high performance, stable and reliable filtration accuracy. It is the effective choice to replace the traditional manual filter or use the discarded filter material filter, and can replace the traditional core filter, bag filter, basket filter and so on in many fields.
The filter self-cleaning process is initiated by a constant monitoring of the filter inlet and outlet pressure difference, which is usually preset at 0.5bar (7psi).

Product Description

PrimeFiltra Automatic Motor Type Inner Scraper Filter is mainly used for the fluid with high content of gravity particle.

(Note: Inner scraper refers to the scraper inside of filter element)

Working Principle

When the fluid enter into the motor type inner scraper filter, it flows from the top to the bottom, and then flows to the outlet through the filter element. When a certain amount of impurities are collected on the surface of the filter element, the motor drives the scraper to remove the impurities and then the impurities gather in the collection chamber with the downward liquid. When impurities in the collection chamber accumulates to a certain amount, draining valve of the collection chamber will open and and the liquid is discharged.
