During this process, the water supply continues to flow, the cleaning valve opens, and the water pressure in the cleaning chamber and suction device drops significantly. The pressure differential between the filter tube, suction inlet, and cleaning chamber creates a suction force through the suction nozzle, initiating the cleaning process.
If the accuracy of the bag filter is insufficient, the filtration efficiency will significantly decrease, and impurities may not be thoroughly removed. Only filters with sufficient precision can achieve the desired filtration results. The precision of wedge wire mesh and perforated mesh can be customized, so businesses should opt for custom solutions when selecting filters.
